This Christmas, the paul.a.young fine chocolates’ seasonal collection draws on influences from Scandi and European sources, with a range sprinkled with berries, warm toffees and the comfort of caramels. New items in the collection include a Winter Forest and Cranberrychocolatea Winter Berry and Almond baranda Pink Praline White Chocolate Christmas Tree.

Paul has also taken some of our favourite nostalgic traditional sweets and transformed them with a touch of extravagance this winter. Expect a Figgy Pudding and Port chocolate, the intriguing sounding Crackling Embers,a 72% Venezuelan dark chocolate with chipotle chilli, ginger, Lapsang Souchong tea and popping candy, as well as a Marzipan, Prune and Cognac chocolate.

Deck your tables this Christmas with two new flavours of the incredibly popular Chocolate Christmas Tree, perfect for gifting. The chocolate trees have

been reimagined in the following flavours for 2016; the Pink Praline White Chocolate Christmas Tree, made from pink almond praline, raisin, cranberry, caramelized almonds and pistachio and the Fruit and Nut Dark Chocolate Christmas Tree, a traditional combination of 70% dark chocolate, pecan, hazelnut, caramelized almond, pistachio and cranberry.


Paul’s special filled bar this year is a Winter Berry and Almond Bar – a deep filled bar with soft almond marzipan, cranberry and Lingonberry. Alongside this, there will be two new chocolate reindeer tiles; a dark chocolate bar called Crackling Embers (Chipotle, Lapsang Souchon Tea, Ginger and Popping Candy) and a spicy yet comforting Ginger and Malt milk bar.

Brownie Mince Pies

Paul’s famous Brownie Mince Pies are back and better than ever this Christmas, with Lingonberry Brownieas the signature filling for December. Expect fresh lingonberries, Paul’s award-winning fudgy brownie and buttery rich sweet pastry.
