A Celebration of All Things Romantic: Paul A Young’s Valentines 2018 Collection

To celebrate Valentine’s Day this year, the UK’s top chocolatier, Paul A Young, has let our favourite romantic places, novels and films play his muse for a very unique collection. Every flavour, colour, texture and decoration has been designed to emulate true romance and help you celebrate the most loving date in the calendar. 

Highlights in the collection include the Dame Barbara Cartland, a Pink Champagne chocolate with edible diamond decoration, the Casablanca, a heady mix of Ras el Hanout and succulent California prunes wrapped up in a caramel and the Machu Picchu, which uses a heady mix of Inca spices such as chilli, cinnamon, nutmeg. 

Whether you’re spoiling someone else (or just yourself!) this February, be prepared to get swept away this February!
